Lou Sparkman has made a career of assisting people on both the creative and administrative side. She was raised in Franklin, Tennessee with a family of 5. At 15 she was curious to explore the world and took the initiative to move to California.  She had the experience of some successful acting endeavors in the entertainment industry and then was able have the opportunity to become an Executive Personal Assistant to several prominent entertainers which became her work passion. After 15 years of working in Los Angeles, she returned to Nashville, Tennessee. She is hardworking, high-energy, self-motivated, creative, and thorough in what she brings to the table as an employee and makes a great addition to the team.
